Beschreibung:
Type 810 consists of an extremely hard-wearing PP foil, that is lengthand crosswise tear- and impact proof, coated with an aggressive acrylic adhesive of best ageing resistance. Type 810 is waterproof and resistant against moisture, thinned bases and acids, and many other chemicals.

Anwendung:
Type 810 is a value for money packaging tape. It adheres excellently to any kind of carton surface. Type 810 can be applied by means of unwinder 77-00.

INFORMATIONS AND DIRECTIONS DOR USE OF TAPES AND FOILS

1. Surface

- The surface should be dry, free from fat, oil and dust. If necessary,clean the surface
well by using a clean rag and an appropriate etergent.
- A porous surface, such as plaster or colour that is crumbling off needs to be
pretreated in an appropriate manner.

2. Temperature

Foils and tapes should be applied at average room temperature (not less than the
minimum temperature recommended).

3. Applying the Tape

- Do not touch adhesive side of the tape. After the tape has been applied, press it
   to the surface again. When using double-sided tapes, remove the protective paper
   carefully.
- Take the surface quality into consideration, on a rough surface a tape usually has an
   inferior adhesive strength.
- Test the adhesion on the tape before applying it to the surface of your choice. Leave
   the tape on the test surface for quite a while (over night, if possible). The tape
   should leave no residues when being removed by jerks after a while. Adhesions
   tests should be always made on inconspicuous places.

4. Removing the Tape

- Remove the tape slowly, not by jerks.
- Please observe minimum temperatures and recommended time of longest possible
adhesion.
- Do not leave the tape to stick on the surface longer than necessary.
- When using the tape outdoors, please take the weather into consideration.

5. Storage

- Tapes should be stored in original packing not longer than six months at a room
temperature and recommended temperature (20 °C) and a relative atmospheric
humidity of 60 %.
- Once the original packing has been removed, tapes should be stored dry and clean.
- Protect tapes against sunlight und UV-light.

6. Special directions for use

Some of our qualities require special instructions for use. If you should have
questions or difficulties, please contact for detailed advise. If necessary, we
visit the site of application, to find the best possible solution for your
application problem.

7. Warranty

Although given to the best of your knowledge, no warranty is given on any
information or advise, as varying working conditions are out of our control
or assessment. We refuse any liability whatsoever for the tapes supplied by us.
We re commend preliminary tests of the tapes. We put test samples at our disposal
and give you technical advise and assistance free of charge, to help you choose the
appropriate tape for your application. All our tapes are manufactured under
permanent quality control. All technical data are according to the information from
the suppliers. Any liabilities given are therefore just accountable for the immaculate
condition of the products itself.

8. Caution by sticking of wood

Wood is a difficult surface. When you remove the tape by jerks, the fi bre will stand
up. Please make tests and remove the tape slowly, not by jerks.

9. Caution by sticking on plastic

If you stick tape on plastic plasticizer hikes can be produced. This can lead to
adhesive residue and/or discoloration of the plastic. Please do in advance
adhesion tests in the same length of the application.

10. Caution by sticking on soft and porous surfaces

If you stick tape on soft and porous surfaces like softwood, new painting or
plaster the surface con be damaged.

11. Caution by sticking on glazes and hydrous paint

Caution by sticking on glazes and hydrous paint, the plasticizer of the glue can
damaged the surface.

12. Caution by sticking on aluminium, copper, zinc and other metal

Because of chemical reactions it can lead to discoloration and/or glue residue.

13. Caution by sticking on natural stone and marble

We advise in principle against sticking on natural stone and marble, because of it
can lead to permanent discoloration, shading and glue residue.
