Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days from date on which you, or a third
party named by you who is not the carrier, initally gained possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must contact us by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about
your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not required. In order to
maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry
of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will send you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception
of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the best standard delivery offered
by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your cancellation of this contract has been
received by us. For repayment. we use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless you specify
otherwise. In no case will you be charged for any repayment fees.

We may refuse to repay you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the
goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us
of the cancellation of this contract. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You may have to pay for loss in value of the goods, if the loss of value is due to handling the goods that is not necessary for the
examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
